Our VIP Early Access sale starts on the 22nd of November and lasts until the 25th of November (if we don’t run out of stock earlier), however, the whole Black Friday Sale ends on the 28th of November.  

How long will the Black Friday deals stay active?

During Black Friday we are expecting a higher volume of orders. We've taken measures to minimize fulfillment and shipping delays. However, couriers can sometimes get a little overwhelmed during these times.

Most of our bundles will include a discounted Express option which is highly recommended till the end of the year.

Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?

To select the correct size for yourself - follow the size guide below. If you're still not sure, send us a picture of you doing the test and one of our support agents will help you out.

 


How do I pick the right Carpio size?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to inform us about your order return and 7 days to bring your return to the post (it needs to be postmarked within these 7 days). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
